Every food supply business must have a food safety supervisor. This course incorporates basic food hygiene principles and practical applications in the work place. You will gain the knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of the food safety standards in the workplace.

Prerequisites
Participants must have evidence of having completed the food hygiene unit (SITXFSA001 or SITXFSA005) Evidence to be provided upon enrolment
