Learn how to prepare and serve espresso coffee!
This short course will provide you with all the basic skills and knowledge to get you started on your coffee journey. You will learn about the different types of coffee, introduction to the use, cleaning and maintenance of equipment and gain practical experience making coffees.
Participants who will benefit from this course will range from food and beverage staff, job seekers and coffee lovers keen to perfect the skills to make the perfect blend at home.

Course outline
This practical training course will teach you how to:
∙ Organise your coffee station
∙ Identify different types of coffee
∙ Select and grind coffee beans
∙ Provide exceptional customer service and take orders
∙ Extract and monitor quality expresso
∙ Undertake milk texturing processes
